EVENT UPDATE - LUNCH ON 9/24 11:00AM

Update on Walk event and lunch afterwards!!! If you have not registered yet for the Walk From Obesity, please do so within the next couple weeks!! It's $25, takes place on 9/24/05 in Scottsdale, AZ! You can ask your neighbors, friends, family, co-workers and others for pledges payable to the American Society of Bariatric Surgery to help raise money for event if you want. The walk and event starts at 7am and I think lasts until 10am or so. We aren't walking the entire time. There's speakers, giveaways, fun stuff planned, etc. This is my first time going so it'll be new to me too!! Afterwards, if you'd like to join me for lunch at Souper Salad at 8940 E. Indian Bend in Scottsdale, please do so. Once I get an approximate headcount, I will be calling the store manager to see what kind of a discount we can get there since we are WLS patients. Even if you do not plan on participating in the Walk from Obesity, you are still welcome to join us for lunch at 11:00am at Souper Salad!! This is for ALL of Arizona!!
