FINALLY.... submitting to insurance...

Well Im excited! Monday was hubby's last appointment with the cardiologist, he had pro mised he would give cardiac clearance for surgery and he did!!! Hubby saw the cardiologist at St Lukes, so after took all the info needed into Dr Fangs office. Cindy (Is that right??? The girl who does the insurance) let him know that we needed to get the pulmonoligist (sp?) clearance corrected. The Dr had sent in a letter saying he was ok, but they needed it woprded diff to state clearance for surgery. So straight after hubby called them to request they send in a new letter. Which they did on Tuesday!!!! Late Tuesday afternoon Hubby got a call from Cindy (Sorry if Im getting her name wrong LOL), she said they had everything and would be submitting to insurance Thursday (TODAY YAY). She said because he has all the clearances done we should get an answer back within 2 weeks, and again because all the clearances are done, Dr Fang is pretty flexibkle and hubby could be in very quickly... possibly Septmeber.... Im so excited yet nervous at the same time.... I worry so much that UHC will come up for a reason to deny him.... but I just have to have faith!!! So now we wait for our answer....

Thanks!!!!! Yeah he did the psych with Dr Maxwell, that was super quick, he had his Pulmologolist & Cardiac clearances... medical records, letter from PCP, and letter from him req surgery... and we are all good to go assuming insurances approves it!!!!
