1yr birthday

This has been one of the best years. My only regret is that I did not do it sooner. Im down 127lbs and a cpap machine. Also went from size 28 to 18 or 20 never thought it would happen again. Even though Im not quite at goal in fact I still have about 70lbs to go I know that I will make it. Because Dr Juarez gave me the right tools to use. Thanks again for all the support you have given me in this begining year of my journey for a new life. Your fellow loser Kathy

Congratulations! I'm almost a year and a half out and know exactly what you're feeling. It's like somebody gave me my life back on a golden platter. Who'd 've 'thunk' that one of the best years of my life would be in mid-life. Everybody else I know is going through their crisis' and middle age spread and I just went in the opposite direction. Life sure is pretty ironic sometimes! - Stephanie J
