Shelly Dumonte - Psych Eval.

Hi everybody! I'm asking this question again in case somebody missed it when I asked two months ago. Has anybody ever been sent to Shelly Dumont for their psych evaluation? I have an appointment in two weeks and wanted to know what to expect. I asked for Barbara Maxwell but was told that the insurance didn't use her. (?) Her office is at 7200 W. Bell Rd. in Glendale. Sorry........I went to Dr. Maxwell so can't tell you anything about her. I hope others on here can help. Trisha

I was under the impression Dr Maxwell doesnt use insurances anyway. When we called her, she said she didnt take insurance, it would be $90 for each visit.
