I think there's a big mistake somehow......

Hi everybody! I think there is a big mistake somewhere along the line. I got a call from United Health to go see Shelly Dumonte, a psychologist. But I'm not using United Health as an insurer -- I have Medicare and AHCCCs. They said Barbara Maxwell was out of network but she isn't -- she takes Medicare and AHCCCS. Will find out more Monday. I called United Health this morning and they said they are the corporation OVER AHCCCS. So that part is ok -- but Angelia said to ask for Dr. Maxwell instead of Shelly Dumonte and the woman said they don't send anyone to Maxwell. Her words were - "We just don't use her." So I am stuck with this doc noo one seems to have heard of. SHeryl
