OMG! :-o I just click...

OMG! I just clicked on the "Roster of Members" link to the left and most people have posted betwen 1-4 times. Me? It says 65 last post being on 3/16, and I've posted more since then. LOL Who am I posting to? I hope people are out there reading my posts. LOL How funny! Here's what I'd like us to do. Go to the Roster of Members link to the left and e-mail a few people on the list. (Don't start at the top, otherwise no one in the middle or bottom will get any e-mails). Just e-mail a few and encourage them to come back to the AZ Message board. Maybe they posted once a long time ago and got no response so never came back. That won't happen NOW. I'll make sure of that! So if you could help me e-mail a few people that'd be great! Just click the "email" button under their picture on that page and send them a message! Thanks!!

Trish, I will be posting here as well as in my december 2004 group. You look great in your pic. keep up the good work. I have started to write a book for wls patients.The first chapter is going to be a bout protein shakes and im getting ideas for shakes from everyone so i can put them together and help everyone out..Soo..if you have any shake ideas please let me knoe ok? Exactly! God is with me all the time. I have just been praising His wonderful name. He got me to surgery, through surgery and through post-op. I feel terrific! Granted, it's 1:30am and I can't sleep. I even took a sleeping pill and it didn't kick in. I feel like I have ALL this energy and who can sleep? You know? So I figured I'd come on board here for a bit then go back to bed. Is this energy level normal post-op. I feel like I could go to a movie or miniature golfing right now. LOL But I need to put myself in sleep-mode.

Hi All, My name is Marilyn, & I had surgury 3/15/04, I have lost 135 lbs & live in Bullhead City, AZ. I have had a great year. It doesn't seem possible that a year has passed already, but, it has. I just started a new jo, actually it's an old job. I went from sitting at a desk, to working in a cashier cage at a casino here in Laughlin, I casn certainly handle the standing & coin lifting a lot better than I could a year ago. Wow, what a difference. I actually enjoy moving around now. I got tire of sitting at a desk & had to go back to working with people. Custome's that haven't seen me in awhile are amzaed at how I look & thought I might have been sick, but, I just say nope, I lost weight on Purpose. Thanks to asking me to come back, as I have posted on the March board for over a year. I will also stay here as well. There should be a picture soon on my profile, I just sent one to the help desk. Hi, Marilyn!! It took OH about a month to put my picture up. So hang in there. Congrats on the past year and your wonderful loss! WOW!! Having this surgery changed your life for the better!! That's awesome!! I post to the 3/05 board too. (just a year behind ya!) It's nice seeing how everyone is doing that went through the surgery the same time as you. It's like we are all one big family! Thanks for posting!! Oh, why are you called the "bearlady"? Just curious! lol
