I would like to go to the event but have to work saturday till 12 and live in Tucson where will it be and till what time- your help is much appreciated

I think you are going to miss this one, unfortunately. You can look at the agenda by clicking on the events tab at the top of the website(it's on the second line on the right side). I know it starts at approximately 9 a.m. and ends around 5 - 6 p.m. Hope that helps you!
