how do i put my picture on here

i have a picture on my pc how do i put it on me profile???,help..thanks ron in yuma az

Hi Ron, First, congratulations on being on the losing side. I pray everything is going great for you. Second, unless you have a web page with your pic ( you can cut and paste the page on your update profile page see the "Profile Color and Photos" page ) you can not put your pic on your profile. You will have to email it to the OH people and they will put it in for you. On the main OH page, ObesityHelp.com click on ObesityHelp Photos, then click on "Click here to post yours". They tell you what you need to do to post your photo. Later, God Bless, Sandy
