MMSI/Mayo insurance??

Is there anyone on the message board/forum that has and used MMSI/Mayo insurance to fund their GastricBypass? I am getting ready to turn in my paperwork and I know that I meet the coverage requirements--as my 4 letters of medical necessity from my specialists explain in great detail. My BMI is 50+ I would love to hear from someone else that has used this insurance. I am hoping to have Dr. Blackstone as my surgeon. I have in network/out of network benefits with my coverage.
