Aetna vs Cigna

Any pros or cons on either insurance? Ease of getting referrals to specialists etc. Hal and I just moved here, I'm a post-op WLS patient and had Kaiser in CA. We signed up for Aetna for the rest of the year, but know that open enrollment for 2005 is just around the corner. So wanted to know if any of you had some input on either insurance. We are in Mesa/Chandler area. There was a huge difference in costs (Aetna being MUCH less expensive for us as his company self funds thru Aetna). Sure wish Kaiser was in Arizona, it was great and so convenient too. Thanks for your help. Mary 305/188/125???
