Psychologist in or near Chandler

Help! I have to have behavior modification before the Birdges Center will sumit my insurance claim for approval. I have BCBS Federal Employee Program insurance. I need someone close to Chandler and familiar with working with obese clients. Does anyone know of someone. The doctor the Bridges Center referred me to does not do billing and you have to pay up front. Thanks for any help you can give me. I am anxious to get started. I don't know how long my health will hold out till I can have the surgery. Sandy

I wish I had an answer for you! Unfortunately, I don't. The psychologist I went to was all the way out on Bell Road and I live in Mesa. Have you tried calling your insurance customer service line and asking them if they can recommend someone? Good luck! Shannon

I'll be going to a psychologist tomorrow that is in Tempe. Here is the information: Dr. Sharon Ozer 4015 S. McClintock #112 Tempe, AZ 85282 (480) 775-8811 Hope this helps. She is familiar with the psyc profile that is needed. I don't know if she takes BCBS.

Thanks so much for all your help. I did find someone, who take BCBS. She is a Michelle Crowell. I was so aggrevated that I had to do the behavior mod and having to search for someone made it worse. If she cures my mindless eating will I still need the surgery? I really already know the answer to that. I am being sarcastic. It seems like it is going to take a long time before I can have the surgery and I feel soooo....bad and I am ready to feel better and now I have to spend 4 or 5 weeks with doing this before they will submit my insurance for approval for the surgery. I will be lucky to have the surgery before Christmas. Thanks for being there. I know all of you had your frustrations you went through too. I just needed to let off some steam. SandyD
