Psych. Eval

Does anyone know who in Tucson will do the Phych Eval and Testing. Preferrably a Cigna provider. Have my first appointment with the surgeon and nutritionist on Monday the 19th. Have to do the eval with the Psychologist before they will submit paperwork to insurance. Deanne

My Cigna insurance would not cover the psych eval.
