Curves update

3-15-04 Weighed in and got measured @ Curves tonight. Since Dec. 19th, when I started going there I have lost: -5.00 bust -11.00 waist -4.00 abdomen -5.00 hips -4.00 thighs -1.50 arms For a total of -30.50 INCHES, less 4.40% body fat, -21.01 body fat pounds... AND.... 28 pounds...plus the 20 my first month, for an un-offical total of 48 pounds!! WOOWHOOO!! I go for my "offical" 4 month appt next Wed. CONGRATULATIONS!!! I plan to go to Curves as well. There is one here in Gilbert and I think it will be just the ticket for me, as a way to get in my exercise. Eileen

I joined Curves here in Tucson. I thought it would be something I could actually do without hurting myself or getting bored. I am in the process of having Rny so I did ask about a medical "leave" from the program and they said no problem with a doctor's note.

I am pre-op. I went to check out Curves in Casa Grande. I did one "round" to try it out. Was able to do everything just fine. My question is how long post op did you wait before going. I will be having open.
