Hi all, After five weeks of a broken ankle I am back at the gym I could not be happier I was going at home! Now I can start to see the scale move again at a more normal rate.

Glad to hear, hon! I've been kinda "bad" this week. I usually go at LEAST 4 times/week, this week, it'll be 2. I have just had the head ache from HELL for about a week now. Somehow, bouncing around just didn't sound GOOD to me..LOL
