Please Help need some on to exchange dates with me

I have posted on my situation before. I have tricare it runs out Jan 15th. I got a call from Dr Zahn's office today with a surgery Date of Jan 20th. Is there any one willing to change dates with me for the week before. we are trying to get our Ins extended, and Luke no longer sends people out of State to get surgery so they say. It will cost me 2000.00 to keep tricare and only will be standard thats just for a quarter. So there it is if anyone's willing to help I need to know ASAP this will be the third time I have lost ins this year and the third time I have gotten so close. we lost Ins When my husband was deployed, then I got Access because military messed up he's pay and tricare in mid yr I was with out pay for 3 months now this.
