Pain in throat

I am almost 1 month post op and have a question. I was not mindfully eating the other night and ate to much Chicken. Of course I got sick and most of it came back up. Afterwards I have been have a sharp pain in my throat when I eat or drink. I don't think it is a stricture because everything goes down and stays down with no discomfort. I am wondering if I damaged my esophagus? Anyone else have this problem?

might have just irritated it bringing your food back up. Try those Chloreseptic strips, perhaps (they now come like Listerine strips) I'd probably stick to some softer foods until it stops hurting. ~Michelle
