New to the AZ message board....

Hi, my name is Tammy and on 11/21 I had Open RNY performed by Dr. Nazarian in LA. I learned about him and the Liv-Lite program through a former co-worker who had her surgery done by him. At 9 days post op, I'm basically just tired and sore but otherwise no pain and no other issues (knock on wood . The first few days after surgery I really felt awful but each day seems to be an improvement even if only slight. I'd love to chat with others who are either pre- or post-op about their experiences with the WLS process!

Hi Tammy My name is Michelle. We are Neighbors so to speak. I live in Buckeye.. Anywho i had Lap RNY 11/22/02 and let me tell you girl you are in for the ride of your life. I am a little over a year post op i have gone from 297lbs to 189lbs in a little over a year. Down from a size 24/26 to a snug 16 so far. I have hit platues ( sigh ) I have had the joy of shopping returned to me... And i have a ton more energy.. Which is a good thing with two boys to take care off. Maybe we can meet up sometime.
