I'm Confused !!!!!

Ok Folks, I am finished writing my appeal, but I have noticed that every other Cigna appeal I have seen has gone to a california address, mine says a Pennsylvania address. Intracorp. HELP!!!!

Tamara, This is a good thing. It's my understanding that there were so many denials out of California compared to the rest of the country and such a stink was raised (mostly by the Arizona folks on cignassqueakywheels) that they have started sending the western appeals to Pennsylvania where Cigna is headquartered. Mind you that Cigna owns Intracorp, but I think you've got a better chance. Connie

Tamera, My first appeal went to a Cigna in Texas address. When it came to the final appeal, then it went to California. I don't understand the logic; maybe they have so many appeals they spread them around! Jackie
