AETNA INS ADMITS MISTAKE!
O-kay, I had the customer service department call me,(the day before my pre-op appointment) and admit that they had made a mistake with my whole appeal process. I was so shocked I did'nt know what to say, they had sent my appeal packet not to one wrong dept but 5 wrong depts! so the denial they had given me was taken back and my information was now as of friday in the correct department. so now I wait again for a answer, i also reschedule my pre-op until next month in the hopes Aetna will have a correct department give a response for my appeal. This has been more frustrating with the insurance company than i ever imagined!!!!!!!!!!!!
