Survey of St. Lukes

Has anyone been sent a letter from a health company in Chicago indicating that they would be sending a survey about the experience of surgery at St. Lukes in Phoenix? What is all that about and do they really want to hear about how I feel about that hospitol? How was your experience with St. Lukes, yeah I really do want to hear.

I had a really good experience at St. Lukes. I lucked out and got a private room and for the most part the nurses were very helpful.

well let me tell you i had my surgery may 2oo6 by dr debarros he was great but his staff was alfull  when i went back for my 6months check up they left me in the room for abot 2hrs becase they forggot me iv never been back they never called the only thing they were concerned about was getting the money that was bad  so iv been doing this by myself for over a year
