I hope all of you had a healthy and happy Holiday season and that you're either on track or ready to get Back on Track with your good health in 2011 !!!

Just a reminder about our AZ Grads group!   Remember it's for EVERYONE who has had WLS and their support peeps!

  Description AZ Grads of WLS Support Group
This group is a peer friendly place for those who have gone through the weight loss surgery process and are at least 1 year post-op. However, ALL are welcome!! ...to include: support people, any & all procedure types, any & all program types, any & all genders!!! Our discussions will be open forum and geared towards issues and success that may be experienced throughout life's journey! Please consider attending to "pay it forward", exchange current ideas and information, and to enjoy friendships with people who walk in similar shoes!
