Wednesday Morning Sun City Support Group

Hope to see everyone at support group tomorrow morning.  8:30 - 10 A.M.  We are trying something new tomorrow.  Since I have the room starting at 8:00 A.M., I am letting the lapbanders come in at 8:00.   Just and idea so we will see how this goes.  Let me know if you need directions.

I really missed you this morning.  Now I have next month to look forward. YEA!!  We did have a wonderful group.  Bringing the Lap Bands early worked out really well.  One of the girls is condering becoming a Lap Band Support Group Leader.  That will be Excellent.

Your groups sounds like it's a blast.  Dedicated bunch that has their weight loss peepers on at EIGHT A.M.!!!!  LOL!

I'll be on an extended trip the end of Aug but will see you in September friend!!!
