potassium

Just heard from my surgeons office.  They got my labs back today.  I am on 80 mg of potassium daily for a week.  When on way to get it they called to make sure I got it.  Even the pharmacist commented that my potassium must be really low.  Do labs again in 1 week and also see the Doc next week.  Oh Well.

small banana each meal as your fruit choice?  that should help too

I usually am on the cali boards. But I was crusing around. So I had a major potassium issue for like a month or so.  I would eat a bannana and drink a bottle of Smar****er.
