Hi all!
So good to see you last night!  It sounds like most of you are tackling your individual challenges and making some progress!  Weigh 2 go Melissa for getting back to the consistent exerc ise, to Pam for increasing protein supplements, to D.J. for doing research and helping a friend with a vitamin fix, to Kathy for tackling your little regain, and to all for showing up at support group for a boost of necessary "info and support" to help you stay on your lifetime journey!

We talked about "Hot and Sexy in Every Size" and made the point that our "self talk" is what gives us our opinion of ourself and even reflects what other's think of us!  So, have a nice conversation with yourself!  Commit to giving at least ONE affirmation or compliment to yourself each day!  Whether you are hot and sexy or lean and mean or both!  Let yourself in on the secret!!!

We discussed setting up a little "milestone competition" where we all identify our steps towards a personal goal.  We'll work on it for 6 or more months and then those who achieve their goals will be put into a drawing for an awesome prize or prizes.  Joyce committed to finding sponsors for this Progress Push!  Join us next month for details!

We talked about the upcoming events and many committed to attending one or all....
1st event to consider:  Revision Brunch this Saturday the 7th at 10 a.m., T.C. Egginton's Brunchery on 60 and Alma School (just south/west of 60)

Weigh 2 go AZ GRADS!  Your inspiration and information helps me stay focused and on track!

Reminder;  We meet the 1st Tuesday of every month, 5:30 pm at the Bridges Education Centre, Phoenix St. Luke's.  ALL are invited and welcome who have had at least ONE surgery anniversary.
