 Our  group is open to everyone/anyone. 

on the north west corner of Cave Creek and Swee****er.  Swee****er is located just north of Cactus and just south of Greenway. There is plenty of parking behind the building.

Joyce will be there (consider yourself warned!) and will be bringing some Holiday healthy goodies for all!!!

I will miss everyone, hubby says I have to stay home and rest..  Oh well I guess I better milk it while I can.  He doesn't do that often.

       You will be missed !!!  But we want you all healed up .

I won't be up there tomorrow and I will miss you all.

It was a good meeting despite Dr S. not being able to make it.

It was a lighter turn out than what I have seen but it also allowed for some interesting discussions.

I hope all those that could not make it check in on the boards and let us know how they are doing.

Your handouts are great!  Very good ideas and really good recipes to try.  ....  Thanks for sharing all of your goodies with the group and for always trying to improve the meetings!  You totally rock!!!

Good to see bunches of you again!  Wow! ....Our group gets thinner as our "pounds lost" # gets bigger.  Our total lost today was well over 1 thousand pounds! 

Congrats to Lori G for passing her big Bariataric test and becoming officially a "know it all"!!!!    You are awesome!  Thanks for hosting our group again

Best wishes to Dr. Schlesinger who had a family emergency and also to Miss Jen who is sick!  We missed you both!
