Realize band support group

Are there any realize band support groups near Carefree Hwy & Interstate 17? I went to a support group at Banner Estrella but it was all bypass patients and I need band support. I feel like I can't quit eating and have no will power and I had my surgery in April and I'm down 50 lbs but could easily gain it back if I keep eating....Help!!
