Drain Tube

 Hi everyone I'm Eric from Glendale, Az. 
I am at 2 week post-op diet. Pureed food.  
Having a hard time with getting my vitamins down and not sure when to take them. And how to get all this water in w/ protien shakes,pureed food, and vitamins. I all ways feeling full. HELP!!!!!

Hi Jackie,
I had mine for 3 weeks.  Dr. Schlesinger kept it in because of safety and wanted the incision to be pristine before he pulled the drain out and that I live 2 hours away.  He didn't want me to have issues if he pulled it out too early.  It was definately in my best interest, but most get it out at 1 week post-op.

We are all here for you. Call anytime. The drain tube is no big deal. I even forgot that I had it at times. You will be just fine. See you on the losers bench !!!!

I cant rememeber if I had one. I think not.... but then again you are talkin to me... lol Dr.S is wonderful, talk with him he will tell you what you need to know.
