Got Denied.

I sure do feel your pain.  Insurance companies take every opportunity to deny the surgery.  Unfortunately if it's the shrink that I remember, he is learning from this as well.  I am sure he won't put a comment like that in another report when he is supportive of you having the surgery.  Maybe a couple of sessions and him writing a new letter will get you approved.  You have to appeal the decision and if you have to, hire a lawyer.  Don't give up, you have to fight until the end.

 I think it was the Dr and not the ins comp that denied Richardo ...  Some Dr's  are just like kids - they only see and hear what they want to.  

No it was the Insurance that denied, but the Doctor is on the case he is going to call and write them saying that they took it out of context.

Wow - that sucks !
