Matrix

Ok peeps
 I am ordering a  few extra bags of Chocolate protein powder, Let me know if you would like one .. 

Also  I am checking out the  Elite protein at Vitamin Shoppe  - So far I like the Toffee one -  pretty good warm too - Like a hot buttered Rum !!

P.s. Deanne  - I have a cookies & cream for you .

When you get the Elite protein that tastes like "hot buttered Rum" could you give me a sample to try????? 

I have it at home & will bring you a scoop or two ,, $20 for a 2lb container,, Karen from the Tucson group  uses it too ,, She got me started ,,  I just mix it with ho****er .. 

I am bad too ,,, I mix a package of S.F. pudding in with about 6 scoops of protein powder  - makes wonderful new  flavors  without adding too many calories 

newest is Pumpkin spice .....   when done cold  the pudding thickens up the drink a bit ..  

Great.  When I get low on the Matrix I can get it from Karen if I like it.
