welcome to the valley!  Not all cigna plans cover  surgery,  United healthcare does cover it as well as  Aetna , most ins companies do--  the bigger question is >>>>>> Does the comapny have an exclusion on the surgery ??

Welcome from Ohio.  I'm originally from Marietta.

Tell your sister good luck finding a job, they're really hard to get with so many people out of work (including me).  Also, even though the insurance might cover it, she might not be able to take the time off to have the surgery if she hasn't been there long.  I'm not trying to put a downer on you or her but this is something she should think about.  She'll need at least 2 - 6 weeks off after the surgery unless she can go out under FMLA.

Swift companies have it specifically written out of their policy.
