Hello Joyce,

I haven't seen you, but I am sure you look just fine. I was looking forward to seeing you at the OH conference, and know that you would be welcomed with open arms from your OH family. You should be proud of what you have accomplished, and should love your body. We all end up different shapes and sizes, but we have to remember that our bodies carried us for years and it deserves love and respect for carrying us through our journey. Be proud of yourself, love yourself and embrace the new you. We are always harder on ourselves than others. Give yourself a break and think back on how far you have come. Celebrate!

I will definitely see you there!!!! 

My " to do" list before the event:
1.  Go shopping!
2.  charge camera batteries
3.  buy mini notebook to write down all the great ideas

4.  Go Shopping!

5.  E-mail all my WLS buds to arrange hug locations
6.  Pack purse with mints, tylenol and midday calcium
7.  Schedule maintenance day for nails, hair & tan
8.  Go Shopping!!!!

Did I forget anything?

I'd better get crackin!!!!
