Dr. Villars/Banner Goodsams Update

I talk to a person in Dr. Villares' office this morning and she told me the following:

1.  He will not be working with Banner Goodsams anymore.

2.  He will only be doing VSG and Band - No RNY.

3.  He was meeting today with a surgery center, but did not have an official surgery center as of the time of the call this morning.

4.  He is refering his RNY patients to other doctors and they will give you the names if you need them.   MShawn p.s.  I did find out this morning the Dr. Eric Schlesinger is in the Tricare Prime network!

I talked to Dr Villares office this am and they said that he is going to Scottsdale  or Paradise Valley Hospital. I quess the issue was a quality care issue per the receptionist. So I guess some people out that there that went to him like me for a revision can't go to him anymore. I wish I could get my copay back from last week... That is life... At least I have a good surgeon now. Dawn B

Oh thats weird.  Dr. B at Scottsdale said just last week that they are looking into hiring a revision surgeon to be apart of their team.  I bet it might be him! Lyns
