I AM P***ED OFF

I received a bill from the hospital for nearly $700.00 for my pre-labs. This was to be included as I was a self-pay. A call to the doctor’s office was of no use as their office staff lacks much in the upstairs department. Next a call was placed to the Carondelet Financial Services and their out to lunch. To say I am not happy about this after spending nearly $10,000.00 to the hospital and a total of $16,444.00 would be an understatement.

I can imagine how upset you are!  Your labs are absolutely something that could have been discussed with you prior to surgery.  See what they say, this may have been a mistake and that was included.  If not, I would tell them they just made a very expensive mistake that they need to absorb. Lyns
