Constipation

I had been really constipated and found a natural solution. I just want to pass it along in case anyone else is having this problem. I went to Basha's and in the health food section I founf "Organic Smooth Move" (what a name!) herbal stimulant laxative tea. It's caffiene free and doesn't tase bad at all. I have a cup at night before bed and in the morning it "gently works." It's expensive at $5.40 for a box of 18 teabags, but to me it is worth it for the releif. I have been drinking a lot of liquids, but I needed this added help and am so glad I found it! Have a great day everyone!

Thanks Sandra. I have had very few movements maybe 2 or 3 but I quess this could be expected considering I am on liquids.
