Just wanted to drop a quick note to say Hello to all the AZ poster here, I'm still around but spend most of my time on the LAPBAND forum. I'm -25lbs from my goal and life is beyond describing! Hope everyone is well here and for any NEWBIES welcome to the greatest journey of your life!
