PEANUTBUTTER AND BANANA PROTEIN SHAKE

 NOTE: If shakes are too thick or not thick enough to your liking add or take away milk.

Add 1 or 2 scoops of protein powder to low-fat milk mix up so that there are no lumps then add to hot low-fat cream soup.

Add 1-2 scoop of protein powder to low-fat milk and mix well until no lumps then mix into a sugar free pudding mix.

Where do you get just strait whey protein? Do you know if Jamba Juice is an option post op?

Wow  I am glad you all can drink these , too many calories and milk for  me - I get sick on most  drinks ..  But seeing some recipes - I am thinking of playing with some extracts .
