1.  Zone protein bars.  lots of flavors at grocery stores, plus 2 bulk flavors at Costco.  Great protein counts (about 18g) 2.  Herbal teas and green tea, especially blends with peppermint, tangerine, and lemon.  (I like trying different brands) 3.  Trader Joe's individual portions of Greek Yogurt (higher in protein), no aritificial sweeteners, comes in Blueberry, Pomegranate, and Honey. 4.  Exercise.  I love it!  And I love that I can do it so much more easily!
