Good Sam or St Luke's?! Please Advise

WOW....I did not experience any of these.  I was very happy with my stay at St Lukes.

I had my sugery at Good Sam, ans the staff was great, the Bariatric team is great, they also have the classes  and support meettings there.  I just wish I lived closer, so I could attend more meetings...  Pray about it, I'm sure your going to make the right choice..

Iv been away for the past couple of days. Im starting a new buss. and tryuingt o get everything taking care of... Have u made up your mind on who u are using and where you'll be having WLS? Missed talking with you!

Some things got changed with school so I may be sticking with Dr B after all BUT I am still going to my consult with Dr J, not sure about Dr F just to make sure I have covered all my basis. ***HUGS*** }i{ Julie

I will be heading back to Good Sam, as I was there to deliver my baby last summer.  I was told by my PCP to try to stay away from St Luke.  He had the surgery there and said it was dirty and being a medical profession he was not impressed.  BUT I have never been in that hospital so I can not say for sure.   My aunt is a traveling RN and she worked at Good Sam in the Post Op area and took care of bariatric patients and she said she was impressed with Good Sam.  As a matter of fact she is returning to Good Sam just in time for my surgery next month.   I have NO complaints about Good Sam and their delivery area, they were great with the exception of one nurse.  I would recommend Good Sam to anyone and I can smile while doing it.
