It's working so far...
Well I have been really trying hard on this new diet. I cut out all bread and pasta's... I have been eating breakfast every morning *two hard boiled eggs* and having extremely smaller meals and a couple of snacks. I have only been eating when I get hungry and only eating until I feel "satisfied" so I went to the doctor yesterday to do my preop tests blood work, EKG, chest xray, etc.... and I am down 13 lbs since my first visit to Dr. Blackstones office!! I have sorta bounced around since July... I was down and then I was up and I am so glad I am back down!!
Thanks for all the idea's for diets.. oh I almost forgot.. I up'ed my water by a TON. I pee A LOT more but I think it's really helped the process.
