first fill and scared

Tomorrow moring is my first fill and I am a nervous wreck.. I have so many things going thru my mind...I am worried it will hurt, then that he wont find my port etc...Any suggestions on how to relax before I go in... Thanks

Don't worry about it.  I also was scared and it didn't hurt. All you feel is a little pressure.  At least that was with Dr Simpson.  He had no problem finding the port or anything.  I was in and out in less than 15 minutes.  Good luck.   Louise
