plastic surgery - when to do it

i had gastric bypass surgery five years ago.  I do have some of the saggy "extra" skin.  how long should i wait before contemplating the removal of it?

In the last OH magazine, there was an article on ps.  The doctors interviewed were anywhere from 3 months of sustained weight to 6 months.  Seems to be set by each doctor.
