Hi there pooh! Just wanted to drop in and say hello, things are going well . Have lost 11 lbs since the surgery 8/21 and see from your profile your doing great!  I am soooo looking forward to soft foods!!

I am so happy for you.  That is a stellar weight loss and I know that even though you had wls it still take committment on your part so congratulations to you. You are a great role model for me.
