maybe a stupid question but...

I am trying to figure out how to post a picture of myself and have tried alot of things. is there some easy way to do so that i am missing?

Click on the bar just below the area that says Find a: Baratric Surgeon, plastic surgeon, etc.

There is a arrow there, click on that.  Click on My Profile.  Then Click on "Customize Profile" under your name... Profile Control Panel should come up on the right...  in the MY Profile section, click on "Change My Avatar" Find a picture and upload.

Is it the same for those cute little pictures that you have at the bottom of the screen?  I love those rulers too!  How do you get one?
