LOSING HAIR AGAIN?????
I have gone through several cycles of losing hair. Every time my body has a trauma or added health stress I lose hair. I am not bald, but I don't have the hair of my younger years for sure. Are you getting at least 90 grams of protein a day in the form of whey protein shakes? I find this helps me most. If I slack here, I lose hair. Plus, I keep up with a multitude of vitamins and minerals to keep my body healthy.
