Mucus build-up causing nausia and vomiting!!

Hi Sharon, I second everything everyone else has said. Sometimes I compare myself to others who have lost so much more than I have but then I realize that everyone is different and I'll get there. You're doing great!!!!! I think KB is correct, you probably need to see an allergist. I just started seeing one about a year and a half ago and he recommended a CT scan for my head. Must admit I thought he was nuts and I was wasting insurance company $$ but lo and behold he said I have a chronic sinus infection. Asked him if that was why I had headaches all the time and he said yes. So now the only meds I take are for my allergies and it really has helped. Good luck to you and keep your chin up! Virginia
