Need a WLS friendly doctor!

A friend needs a weight loss surgery "friendly" primary care physician (preferably a woman). She's had a horrible experience with her current doc and has almost given up on having the surgery cuz of it! Her location is Northwest and Cave Creek near the Costco. I'm not familiar with that area but if anyone can give suggestions; she would be soooooooooooo very grateful. Thanks bunches all! Joyce
