Does anyone know of Bariatric Doctors in the Phoenix, Flagstaff or other areas in Arizona that take Tri-care Prime Insurance? Dr. Zahn retired and Dr. Newhoff is retiiring soon, so need to find one to get some help with a couple of problems.
