HEALTHY PIZZA UPDATE

Okay first of all,thank you all for your wonderful suggestions and comments. Here goes 1 lavash (cracker-like bread) (trader joes, sprouts, sunflower,etc.) basil pesto (instead of marinara sauce) (recipe follows) fresh mozzarella balls (grate or slice) fresh basil (sliced very thin) roasted red pepper roasted green bell pepper lean sausage (regular grocery market) basil pesto: 3 cups fresh basil leaves 1 garlic clove 1/2 tsp. Salt 1/4 tsp. Pepper 2/3 cups extra virgin olive oil (must be extra virgin olive oil) 1/2 grated parmesan cheese I tried it this weekend. I happened to have all this stuff and really needed to satisfy my craving for pizza, and boy was this delicious.
