Confused about the Banner Samaritan Hospital Bariatric Website

Did everyone that will have or have had surgery at Banner Samaritan Bariatric Hospital get an invitation to be on their message board ~ banner.remedymd.com ~ If yes, is it a paid website? Who pays? I haven't paid and they dropped me from it, not that I used it much but now I'm wondering what-the-hey that was all about.

Update: I wasn't dropped off, I think there might have been a glitch in the sign-in website. I was able to enter again late last night. Thank you for your time Nurse V. and for answering my questions
