Surgery Costs...

Because I work mid-shift - I was sound asleep when Banner called me at 11 AM this morning. The lady from the patient services/finance department at Banner received all of the authorizations from TriCare. My out of pocket for the day of testing on the 15th & the surgery itself will be... $50 total. Because I was groggy, I asked her to repeat herself, like, three times. She probably thinks I'm a crack head. I was VERY pleased with the information & when I hung up - I lay in bed for a minute & wondered - Okay... If she had said the out of pocket was going to be $5000 - would I have told her to forget the whole thing?
